I/we agree to the following:
FEE: If admission is charged 15% of the gate OR
$1000.00 per day - whichever is greater.
If admission is not charged fee is $500.00.
Use of lights at night $75.00.
Rodeo PA system is $500.00 per day.
Fee includes the use of the booth, arena, bleachers, 3 biffies (that have to be pumped for each event), use of equipment, the tractor to be used by rodeo personnel only – not by any organization that is renting the grounds, a rodeo representative to be on the grounds for each event, and use of the blue trash barrels (user of the grounds needs to line the trash barrels with 55 gallon bags – available at WalMart, Menard’s, etc.
Damage/clean-up fee (paid in advance): $2500.00 (check is held, not cashed). Check is returned if clean-up is acceptable by Rodeo Assn. representatives. Clean-up includes the picking up of all litter and put into trash bags – areas include the booth, arena and surrounding grounds. Bags to be removed from the grounds. Clean-up needs to be completed within 48 hours after the event.
Association using the grounds must provide Proof of Insurance in the amount of one million dollars and provide us with a copy of it one month prior to the event.
During the event we agree to hold harmless the Buffalo Rodeo Assn. for any accidents and/or injuries resulting from or arising out of Association’s use of the rodeo grounds. Association is responsible for any property damage. Replacement of damages required.
