Paul Hoiland, President

I have been a resident of Rockford since 2001. In 2018, I retired after 27 years as an Army Officer. I am now the owner of True North Custom Hat Works. My wife and I have two kids, both of whom are grown and pursuing their college education. I was invited to join the Rodeo Committee in 2019 and was elected to the Board that summer. An avid fan of PRCA Rodeo, I have enjoyed attending the Buffalo Championship Rodeo whenever my Army career permitted it. Rodeo is the last remaining sport that is not afraid of letting it’s participants express their faith and their pride in this great country of ours. I enjoy working with my fellow Board and Committee members to keep our rodeo an annual highlight for many more years to come.
